Starting Salary: $25.35 - $30.80 per hour

Essential Functions and Objectives:

- Includes maintaining responsibility for creating, adjusting and implementing systems that support all students in having positive behaviors.

- Includes but is not limited to:
• Clear articulation of behavior expectations and consequences.
• Behavior data tracking and intervention - weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, with Intervention Plans when necessary.
• Interventions that include punitive consequences, restorative justice and therapeutic options.
• Effective Intervention Plans.
• Accurate data-recording and keeping processes.
• Working in partnership with students, their advisors, their teachers and their families.
• Support the school's advisory program.
• Supervises students and reinforces positive student behaviors and related administration policies.
• Assists with testing, and supports the administration with ELL focus school initiatives.
• Support the school's advisory program.

Knowledge, Experience, & Other Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with students

• Experience as a teacher or experience in a related field
• Ability to identify student problems and initiate actions/interventions to solve these problems
• Ability to work collaboratively with school personnel, parents and community groups
• Excellent organizational skills and experience developing school activities
• Work with minimum supervision
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required

E ducation Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
