Substitute School Nurse
Substitute School Nurse - Position requires a current Montana Registered Nurse license. A BSN and prior public health and/or school nursing experience are preferred. Starting pay is $110 per day .
SUMMARY: Provide coverage for School Nurse as needed. Duties may include maintaining health files on children as required by law or guidelines. Oversees and/or arranges necessary care for children whose health status does not meet requirements, which may include providing personal health counseling, administering medications and appropriate emergency health services.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year experience in a school setting.
