POSITION: Hospitality Hosts

QUALIFICATIONS: Previous hosting experience required

Previous Holiday Tournament experience preferred
Responsibilities:

1. Greet and check-in all officials upon their arrival to facility.
2. Make certain that locker room is secured throughout the tournament.
3. Return properly filled out vouchers to Lead Host on a daily basis.
4. Help keep locker room clean and properly equipped throughout tournament.
5. Distributes, where applicable, Hospitality Pins to Officials.
6. Notifies Executive Director of officials not arrived 30 minutes prior to assignment.
7. Keeps track of pre-game and halftime warm-up basketballs
8. Assists with spectator intermission contests.
9. Works to maintain positive relations with officials, teams and the Holiday Tournament.
10. Other duties as assigned by the Holiday Tournament Executive Director.
