Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school, plus three years of progressively more responsible general computer/network operation experience, two years of which shall have involved working in an information technology service and support environment. Certification as a customer service representative preferred. Can demonstrate knowledge of the procedures and techniques used in the operation of network and peripheral equipment hardware; and knowledge of and skill in the use of applicable enterprise technologies.
