Field Services Operations Liaison

As a frontline customer service representative for field services, interacts with school offices, administrative offices, and associated vendors with respect to all equipment and systems supported by the Department of Information Technology (computers, printers, AV equipment, life safety systems, telecom); assists with the management of the administrative staff assigned to field services.

Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration, supervision, or in a technical specialty field and two years progressively more responsible experience in a technical field, one year of which shall have been with oversight or lead responsibilities. Demonstrates knowledge of best practices with respect to customer service. Ability to work independently to resolve conflicts and problems; ability to write clear, concise reports; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; and ability to maintain effective working relationships with school personnel, peers, subordinates, and the public; knowledge of national, state, county, school board regulations, directives, and policies and/or codes applicable to functional responsibilities. Valid driver' license with a good driving record.
