Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree in management information services, business administration/management or related field  Successful experience in a supervisory capacity

Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license Performance

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Information Services section of the Technology and Information Services Department  

Assist the Executive Director of Student Support Programs in the evaluation of systems and software Provide service, support and training to schools and sites in the area of information processing  

Keep abreast with current, new and proposed state reporting requirements and ensure all timelines are met

Assist the Executive Director of Student Support Programs in the annual FTE projection Seek and develop proposals for acquiring additional resources to support technology Sustain focus and attention to detail

Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Student Support Programs and/or designee

Physical Demands:

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force regularly or as needed to move objects

Reports to:

Reports directly to the Executive Director of Student Support Programs and/or designee Evaluation: Annual evaluation done by the Executive Director of Student Support Programs and/or designee

Terms of Employment:

12-month employment
