Maintains a Daily Teacher Attendance Log, keeps record of staffs' time and related records for substitute teachers and collaboration with Assistant Principal.

Maintains PowerSchool technology with updated pupil information.

Maintains updated records on the School staff.

Performs word processing, typing and proofing of letters, documents and memoranda of more than average difficultly from clear copy, rough draft, recording machines or data personally developed.

Prepares School's TLM Payroll, Supplemental pays and submits them to the Payroll Department at the Central Office in a timely matter.

Prepares MUNIS requisitions and maintains purchase orders.

Welcomes visitors, responds to their inquiry and/or directs them to the appropriate person.

Operates fax and copying machines to duplicate various forms, bulletins and notices.

Organizes and maintains office files

Answers the telephone, takes messages, and forwards them to the appropriate personnel

Provides support to the Principal, Assistant Principal and other main office staff.

Performs any other tasks as directed by the Principal and Assistant Principals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Civil Service Eligibility

High School graduate

Ability to type, word process and proofread letters and documents or more than average difficulty.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to perform duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Willingness to work on the schedule that coincides with the hours of the School.

Must be a resident of Springfield
