The Client Service Manager is responsible for successful relationships with our largest district partners who require dedicated strategic support. This role maintains existing business, grows business relationships and owns the new client customer experience

  • Owns the relationship with key customer stakeholders, soliciting regular feedback and responding proactively to any concerns;
  • Explores opportunities to expand services and products to customers;
  • Deep understanding of customer contracts and district requirements to ensure compliance with terms and proactively make recommendations;
  • Conducts analysis of key data to enhance the program and provide consultative suggestions to customers;
  • Monitors program outcomes and provide proactive recommendations to customer and FuelEd stakeholders to continue successful student/program outcomes;
  • Coordinates FuelEd resources to ensure customer experiences seamless service delivery from marketing/enrollment, operations, curriculum, instruction, support, billing, training, professional development, etc.;
  • Provides ongoing training and education about FuelEd products and services;
  • Ensures a smooth transition for the complex onboarding of FuelEd services post sale;
  • Provides a superior customer experience, to include proactively addressing issues, provide high-level recommendations for unique customer;
  • Understands technical issues and determine the best resources for remediation;
  • Collaborates with the sales team on opportunities to expand services provided to customer;
  • Responsible for retention and growth in assigned portfolio.

Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree AND
  • Three (3) years of related experience OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
OTHER REQUIRED Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); Web proficiency.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to pass required background check
