Ukeru Systems is a division of Grafton Integrated Health Network, a nationally-recognized leader in providing multiple levels of support to people with a wide range of emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Ukeru Systems provides consultation and training on Grafton's behavioral management tools to other behavioral health providers.
We are seeking a Learning Engineer to become an integral member of our training and consultation team. In this role, the responsibilities are as follows:

• Train caregivers, teachers and others on both the conceptual ideas - such as trauma informed care and conflict resolution - as well as the physical techniques that minimize the need for restraints
• Assist in providing organization assessments and capacity building to enable organizations to implement the Ukeru model in their own environment
• Monitor the recertification training for external agencies
• Assist with the sale of equipment, tracking of inventory, an interface with the manufacture
• Update curriculum and develop materials used for training
• Demonstrate the highest form of customer service at all times

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Willing and able to travel (2-3 trips per month - more during times of increased external requests)
• At least 1 year of experience in a direct service delivery position, e.g. direct support professional, case manager, teacher, therapist, etc.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong presenter skills
• Strong professional presence and the ability to interface with every level in an organization
• Excellent team player and able to work under own initiative
