Experience working with grants, specifically funding requirements, preferred; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; knowledge of budgeting procedures and management; knowledge of financial accounting software; ability to work effectively, cooperatively and respectfully with staff, parents and community members regardless of race, creed, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnic/national origin, religion, marital status, age, socio-economic status or disability; ability to organize work procedures, set goals and meet deadlines in a competent manner; ability to work in a team setting to achieve the financial goals of the district; ability to analyze needs and propose effective solutions; ability to recognize sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
Description:
Compiles financial information and completes applicable reports following specified guidelines; gather and analyze financial grant data to report to grant supervisors; collaborate with Ed Services and other departments on filing of grants and other grant related duties; Identifies discrepancies in grant requirements and notifies Ed Services or other department for resolution; communicate with district personnel regarding grant financial requirements; communicate with grant entities; support accounts payable and other business office functions when necessary; perform other duties as assigned. The salary for this position $40.000 - $45,000.
