Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in accounting , business administration, or a related field with course work in quantitative analysis, plus five years of progressively more responsible experience in administrative or fiscal analysis. Master's degree preferred. Can demonstrate knowledge of the theory, methods, principles, and practices of public administration with particular reference to governmental budget and finance administration; ability to analyze, interpret, and evaluate complex financial and administrative data to project fiscal requirements; ability to effectively use automated financial systems; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
