Full-Time, Non-Union Position Business Office Qualifications:
- Knowledge of computer applications and business software including Microsoft Office and G Suite preferred;
- Knowledge of E-Finance+ or similar school accounting software preferred;
- Knowledge of insurance policy administration preferred;
- Experience with the procurement of services preferred;
- Experience with budget management and implementation preferred;
- Experience managing Workers' Compensation claims preferred;
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality;
- Ability to work independently and handle a multitude of responsibilities concurrently; and
- Demonstrated accuracy with attention to detail and record keeping;
Salary: $31.90 per hour - $35.44 per hour depending
on qualifications and experience
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (includes one hour lunch)
Starting Date: As Soon as Possible
