    Staff Needed: One (1) Teacher Middle School ELA 6-8

    Qualifications:
    • Elementary Instructional Certificate with a Middle School subject matter specialization in English Language Arts or be Highly Qualified in the teaching of English Language Arts.
    • Knowledge of NJCCCS, the Common Core Standards, and mandated state testing
    • Experience working with elementary students
    • Have a vested interest in the awareness of the adolescent development of boys and commitment to produce well rounded and life-long learners
    • Knowledge of research based effective instructional strategies for engaging boys and resulting in student achievement
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders
    • Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity and good moral character
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, administrators and the community


    Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
