POSITION SUMMARY
The Substitute Specialist assists with the daily operations of Substitute Services and Summer School for the entire school district. This position is responsible for supporting the supervisor in meeting talent management team goals. The Substitute Specialist requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively on a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
« Inputs employment data entry for substitutes into the HR systems of record
« Assists business partners in finding both short and long term solutions for absenteeism and vacancies
« Provides excellent customer service related to talent management
« Assists with the facilitation of substitute and summer program hiring and onboarding
« Assists with the dissimentation of information to substitutes, campus users and summer program employees
« Provides data reports regarding substitute fill rates and absenteeism
« Provides support in the recruitment, processing, and selection of substitutes and summer program employees
« Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate administrator
« Required to attend scheduled shift during regular business hours as mandated

Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
� High School Diploma or GED required
� Bachelor?s degree preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE : N/A
WORK EXPERIENCE:
� 1 year experience in HR preferred
