We're hiring for a Special Education Case Manager as a full-time / part-time job in Chicago, IL
As a Special Education Case Manager for Futures Education, you will be providing school-based educational services to children in the Chicago area. You will also have the additional support of the therapist-owned and operated management team at Futures Education.
As a member of our team, the Special Education Case Manager will develop and oversee the special education program to ensure that all students have the resources and supports in place to meet the goals set in their individual education plans (IEPs). The Special Education Case Manager will have proficiency in designing differentiated instruction and progress monitoring tools to serve students needing special services. The Special Education Case Manger will engage in ongoing collaboration with special education teachers, general education teachers, clinicians, and parents/guardians.
