Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems with courses in a field related to the assigned organization or clientele plus five years of progressively more responsible experience in the information technology support field. Can demonstrate knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of applicable computer technology and its effective and efficient utilization in support; effective human resource and organizational skills; analytical ability; ability to design reports and manage data; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Experience supporting K-12 instructional applications and providing blended training approaches to support end users preferred.
