Pathways Learning Academy is seeking a School Relations Coordinator!
Grand Opening, September 2019!
Located at  6620 Northview Way
 
The School Relations Coordinator is primarily responsible for the relationship between the school and the church while performing administrative and customer satisfaction related duties.
  • Schedules and conducts regular meetings with church representatives. May act as a liaison by attending church leadership meetings. 
  • Coordinates events and schedules ministry time between the church and the school. 
  • Assists in planning and managing facility transitions between school use and church use.
  • Fosters a positive work environment by modeling appropriate and professional behavior. 
  • Conducts engaging tours with prospective families; and converts marketing strategies to higher student headcount by responding, verbally or via e-mail, to prospective family inquiries regarding curriculum, cost, and other prospective family questions. 
  • Takes the lead on cultivating a close working relationship with the church by being the primary point of contact for church leaders and members. 
Minimum Job Qualifications:  
  • Must meet state licensing requirements for education. 
  • Must meet all standards and requirements relating to education and experience as set by the state and accreditation agent. 
  • Minimum high school diploma. Preferred: bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development or related field. 
  • Must have at least two years of experience in a licensed childcare center with at least one year as a Lead Teacher or supervising a childcare program. 
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and meet Company standards to act as a Bus Driver. 
  • Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in the English language.
