The CRM Analyst is a key position that is responsible for the development and execution of targeted CRM programs to drive enrollment and increase retention. They will collaborate with CRM manager to create and drive the segmentation, targeting and messaging strategies for all CRM initiatives. In addition, this position requires strong business acumen, via data modeling, understanding of data sets and interpreting CRM performance metrics and insights to drive results. Areas of focus will include reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities Include:
The CRM Analyst is a key position that is responsible for the development and execution of targeted CRM programs to drive enrollment and increase retention. In addition, this position requires strong business acumen, via data modeling, understanding of data sets and interpreting CRM performance metrics and insights to drive results. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for leading creative development, building and deploying email campaigns to prospective and currently enrolled families.
- Act as the lead over the email builder tool, including launch of feature enhancements, new templates, updates to existing templates and quality assurance.
- Develop and optimize customer contact frequency and customer targeting to maximize customer loyalty and drive enrollment.
- Identify and refine customer segments and utilize segments to target communications; actively manage segment performance.
- Analyze customer characteristics, consumer purchase behavior, and marketing campaign performance to formulate future strategies for email campaigns.
- Optimize email-marketing strategy leveraging customer data, ongoing campaign results, test and learn opportunities, and evolving business needs.
- Ongoing monitoring of email deployments to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Partnering with CRM Manager and IT on developing CRM strategy and data usage.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in email campaign management.
- Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM system.
