The Sr. Manager of Employee Experience will be responsible for curating and orchestrating a healthy, vibrant employee experience from onboarding to off boarding. This role will have the opportunity to be creative in developing the global strategy to strengthen and develop employee engagement through working on events and initiatives that touch employees throughout their lifecycle with the company. You will work cross functionally within and outside of HR leveraging communications, engagement programs, and insights from organizational data and surveys to create stronger connections between employees and their colleagues, leaders, and our mission. This role will report directly to the CHRO and will sit on the HR Senior Leadership team.
 Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Employee Experience Design: Create a vision to shape our Employee Experience. Work across the organization to design and iterate our programs and processes to create amazing "moments that matter" across the employee journey
  • Scale Our Culture: Champion, role model, and embed LCG's cultural principles as we continue to grow and serve more families and children
  • Partner with marketing ensuring consistency and connection between our employer brand and our company brand
  • Look for ways to infuse our culture and values into all parts of the employee experience environments - technological, cultural and physical
  • Maintain a big-picture perspective; Linking programs, activities, and communications in ways that support a cohesive employee experience
  • Assess trends and consult with stakeholders (field and corporate) about the technological, cultural and physical environments
  • Advocate for employees to ensure messaging is accessible and relevant, and factors in their perspective
  • Anticipate potential hurdles/developments that could impact communications, affect engagement or adoption/understanding and prepare accordingly
  • Establish and maintain a dynamic network of subject matter experts and partners to enable quick and effective problem-solving
  • Partner with Internal Communications and other functional leaders to manage schedule of enterprise communications for prioritization and in support of a positive employee experience
  • Perform research before and after sensitive/significant messages; test assumptions about clarity and effectiveness, and take steps to improve
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in large-scale project management
  • Strong organization and project management skills with a proven ability to create simple, sustainable and organized processes and systems that have strong adoption post implementation
  • An effective communicator and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills; strong comfort in giving and receiving affirming and constructive feedback on an ongoing basis
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply employee engagement best practices to support employee engagement and performance
  • Curiosity and a deep appreciation for the details and the big picture, balancing listening with data analysis
  • Ability to be strategic and hands-on with a large variety of concurrent priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against high standards under tight deadlines and to be flexible in shifting priorities according to business needs
  • Ability to travel (up to 5% of the time)
  • Experience working with multiple cultures across multiple geographies.
