Position: Individual Aide/Paraprofessional

Location: Flint, MI

Hours: 40 hours

Required: First Aid, CPR, CPI and fingerprint clearance required. Experience with behavior modification is preferred.

The Individual Aide's primary responsibilities are but not limited to providing assistance to an individual assigned student. He/She will implement behavior improvement plans, manage student behavior for the purpose of providing a safe, caring environment throughout all facets of the school program and to provide an optimal learning environment. Required Skills

- Associate Degree or 60 credit hours
- Some experience in special education/ residential facility and/or working with individuals on the autism spectrum
- First Aid, CPR, CPI, and fingerprint clearance req'd.
-Experience with behavior modification is preferred.
