Requirements:
Meet elementary education certification requirements of the Department of Education, State of Iowa; reading endorsement; prior successful teaching experience preferred; evidence of contributions to a professional learning community and team; evidence of effective teaching as demonstrated in student date; history of excellent attendance in prior work settings; good communicator with staff, students and families; problem solving skills, ability to focus on solutions; supportive, with the belief of "whatever it takes" for students to be successful; culturally responsive; ability to co-teach.

Description:
