Natatorium Paraprofessional duties include:

• Open pool facility and locker rooms upon arrival to Natatorium
• Maintain safe and sanitary swimming facility during AM swim; check pool chemicals
• Set up, maintain, and stow equipment (fins, kickboards, belts, etc.)
• Complete and process accident/incident forms
• Supervise all functions of the facility, including personnel on duty
• Serve as primary lifeguard for the morning swim and during all school day classes

Schedule:

• First Day of school till the start of swim team season - 6:30am - 2:00pm
• Swim Team Season (Mid November till Mid March) - 6:15am - 1:45pm
• Mid March thru the end of the school year - 6:30am - 2:00pm

Certifications:

Required:

• American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification

Preferred:

• American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor
• Certified Pool Operator
• Pesticide Applicator License - Category 24
