Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equal to a master's degree in Information Technology, plus seven years of progressively more responsible experience in enterprise information systems implementation, technology adoption, data analytics and reporting, and records management of the Enterprise Information Services and Assessment, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Can demonstrate broad knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and theories of modern management and trends related to Enterprise Information Services and Assessment; knowledge of the methods, materials, procedures, and practices of the specialties in the office to which assigned; ability to manage fiscal, physical, and human resources necessary to carry out the function and programs of the office to which assigned; ability to supervise and lead; ability to conduct complex administrative studies; capacity to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with personnel assigned to schools, other departments, public entities, and citizens; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
