Job Title :  Lead Teacher
 
Summary:
You're no rookie. You know your way around a classroom. And you provide an invaluable service: The Preschool/Pre-K Lead Teacher promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under his/her care, keeps parents informed of their children's progress, and works closely with the school's staff as a mentor to create an environment of learning-and even more amazing educators.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as a mentor to fellow Teachers.
  • Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
  • Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
  • Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
