- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

- A High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Proof of negative TB test
- 30 Merit hours required
- Willingness to obtain a first aid/CPR card
- Willingness to obtain a Food Handler's card
- Premium pay may be available for staff that are willing and able to transport children in the van
- Must be at least 18 years of age
