Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Five years of progressively more responsible experience developing, implementing, and delivering in-person and online training curriculum and programs across a variety of content areas, including, but not limited to, performance management, progressive discipline and sexual harassment, to a diverse audience. Three years of which shall include working in human resources or related field. Experience creating web-based resource materials, such as FAQs, policy summaries, and handbooks. Experience working in a K-12 school division preferred. Skill using one or more learning, design and/or talent management systems. Ability to create user friendly web-based resources. Advanced proficiency in the use of presentation technology and data compilation, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with instructional design principles. Experience implementing performance management and progressive discipline best practices. Knowledge of adult learning theory. Knowledge of the field of human resources and its professional development requirements. Ability to incorporate adult learning theory into training modules. Excellent demonstrated presentation skills. Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with department and school-based staff and peers. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Fluency in Spanish preferred.
