Performs the full range of professional duties required to plan, develop, and implement strong student pipeline programs in order to attract a highly-qualified and diverse applicant pool to the Division; manages high school career exploration initiatives to fill critical teacher and operational vacancies; evaluates and monitors student talent outreach program strategies that develop and optimize key talent sourcing; supports human resources administration, including the performance of complex and/or sensitive activities; manages human resources large-scale, long-term projects; and serves as a resource of region, school, and departmental staffs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or related field. Master's degree in education, human resources, or related field preferred. Five years of progressively more responsible successful talent acquisition or teaching experience. Equivalent experience may be considered. School-based administrative experience. Experience teaching CTE preferred. Specific experience with talent pipeline development preferred. Postgraduate Professional License with endorsement in administration and supervision K-12 preferred. Professional Human Resources or Senior Professional Human Resources Certification preferred. Can demonstrate knowledge of the theory, procedures, and practices of one or more of the fields of human resources. Familiarity with the principles and methods of public human resources administration and educational institution organization, including a deep understanding of the multi-faceted complexities of leading a school. Knowledge of the Division's organization, mission, rules, and regulations and local and state laws related to employment. Familiarity with project management practices. Proficiency in the use of technology. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
