NATIVE GERMAN SPEAKER NEEDED FOR PYP EARLY YEARS POSITION IN DUBAI. JANUARY 2020.
A relatively new bilingual international school in Dubai is seeking to recruit an experienced German speaking early years teacher. This presents an ideal opportunity for PYP teachers to be part of an exciting developing start up project or for those who are eager to embrace the IB philosophy. Please note that for this position the language of delivery is German.
The role of the Early Years Teacher (Pre-KG to KG2) is to build and maintain a successful Early Years programme within the school by providing an educational atmosphere conductive to learning, in conjunction with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP).
Requirements are: Bachelor of Education or Equivalent professional teaching qualification Native German speaker Proficiency in a second language such as English, French or Arabic preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Early Years IB PYP experience Curriculum development knowledge Previous international experience highly valued Competencies Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, integrity, strength of character and perseverance Inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills Show a strong work ethic Articulate communicator Committed to ensuring high standards of teaching and learning Additional Requirements Any additional language a plus.
