GENERAL SUMMARY
Instructs adult learners in ESOL courses and theory classes using instructional methods geared toward adults.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-8:00pm September 3, 2019-December 12, 2019
Plans and prepares curriculum and class lessons; implements a variety of instructional delivery methods, which includes group or individual instruction and computer programs; and administers tests to determine individual progress.
Completes and maintains student registration, attendance and assessment records; and provides reports to Board of State Examiners as needed.
Coordinates with outside contractors and agencies to ensure attendance as needed.
Maintains and provides records and transcripts to Director.
Maintains currency with latest law and licensing requirements.
Performs related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree and less than 1 year of experience.
Appropriate education substitutions can be made.
