La Petite Academy is Hiring a Director in San Antonio! Our School is located at 6865 Beech Trail Drive (San Antonio, TX 78244)
In a Director, we look for committed individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all School operations.
Some of the things that you will do as a Director include, but are not limited to:

• Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents.
• Spark imagination, build self-esteem and help children discover new things each day.
• Ensure compliance with all state-mandated teacher-child ratios
• Plan and implement training sessions to develop your staff into engaged and effective teachers
• Ensure daily feedback regarding the social and intellectual development of the children
• Maintain accurate tuition summaries and collect outstanding tuition balances
• Conduct thoughtful analyses of operating statements, school statistics, personnel reports, enrollment information, and other data.
• Maintain accurate financial accounting of school operations and assume full Profit and Loss for the School.
• Recruit, select and retain quality staff.
• Help achieve profitability for the company.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Texas Director License
• 1 year supervisory experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in early childhood education
• Any licenses, certificates or specialized training as required by State law and/or regulatory agencies
• Business and Program oriented; Excellent communication skills; Upbeat and friendly attitude
