The Program Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sustainability and vision of the Before/After School Program. The daily program operations include program design, implementation, hiring, training, and supervising staff. The Program Manager works to ensure the program's sustainability through working with stakeholders, forming strong partnerships, fundraising and looking for other fiscal opportunities.
The Program Manager position will be responsible for teaching/leading the Before School Program and being on site by 7:15 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with the students, as well as teaching/leading during the Afterschool Program from 2:30 until 6:00 p.m. The Program Manager will oversee the After School Program Leader. The salary for this position is $28,000 and includes benefits.

- A Bachelor's DegreeAn Associate's Degree in early childhood educationCertification of successful completion of training as a recreation directorA total of 12 credits in early childhood education, human growth and development, education or recreationCurrent certification as an educator by the NH DOEExperience working with children
