Qualifications:
Postgraduate Professional License with endorsements in school counseling with administration and supervision preK-12 endorsement preferred plus six years of progressive teaching, school counseling, supervisory, or administrative experience in the education field of specialization or equivalent education and experience. Experience working in high school preferred. Thorough knowledge of methods, materials, practices, procedures, and programs of the education field to which assigned; knowledge of related laws, regulations and policies; ability to plan, manage, and supervise programs and personnel; ability to plan and conduct in-service and staff development activities; excellent human relations and supervisory skills; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
