    THE POSITION
    The teacher's primary goal is to teach students the Language Arts curriculum.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
    1. Teacher of English, Elementary w/specialization in Language Arts, Gr 5-8, or Elementary School Teacher, K-8 Certification required.
    2. Meets NJ standards for HQT.
    3. Experience with process writing, reader's workshop, literature circles, novel-based instruction, differentiated instruction, and integration of other content areas a plus.
    4. Motivated individual to work with a team of dedicated educators, knowledge of national standards.
    5. Teaching experience preferred.
    6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    7. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
