In a School Education Manager, we look for committed individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all School operations. Some of the exciting things that you will do as a School Education Manager include, but are not limited to:

Make a difference every day!
Develop, train and coach school staff members and ensure effective delivery of our educational programs.
Be responsible for staying up-to-date on company program offerings and ensure that your school operates with the most up-to-date curriculum/program expectations.
Conduct teacher classroom observations and provide feedback on curriculum implementation, classroom management and lesson planning.
Partner with School Director to prepare for and maintain accreditation status.
Conduct tours with prospective families that highlight our educational offerings and promote the positive image of Learning Care Group.

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements, including:

Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
Must meet all quality rating standards as it relates to education and experience as set forth by the state and accreditation agent.
Must have a minimum of an Associate?s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Elementary or related field.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience in an early childhood program with at least two (2) years as a lead teacher.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Elementary related field.
One (1) year of management experience.
