Salary Range: $47,665- $57,896

Essential Functions and Objectives:

- Support schools in implementation of key community engagement priorities, focused on Parent Teacher Home Visit Program and Academic Partnership Events.

- Lead development of Academic Partnership Event related programming and content.

- Manage and measure success of partnerships related to Academic Partnership Events.

- Support Senior Manager, Family Empowerment and Academic Partnership in 12,000 home visits and 70+ Academic Partnership Events.

- Support Senior Manager, Family Empowerment and Academic Partnership in coordinating school-based activities, such as Academic Partnership Week, training and others.

- Partner with Parent Portal and other relevant teams to ensure success of Academic Partnership events.

- Support FACE Family Network Structure to promote delivery of high-impact community engagement, priority focus on Liaison Leads.

- Work with school-based staff to ensure the success of community engagement priorities, including 12,000 home visits and 70+ Academic Partnership Events.

- Manage success and measurement of Academic Partnership Events.

- Support FACE Family Leads in building their capacity.

- Manage team of contractors and partners supporting school based work.

Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

- Teaching experience preferred.

- Adult learning experience preferred.

- Experience in delivering high impact community engagement at schools and districts preferred.

- Spanish language ability preferred.

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor\u2019s Degree.
