Campus Leader (Principal/ Executive Director)

Job Description:

Camelot Education, a leader in providing special education services, is recruiting creative,
compassionate, and caring individuals to join our team. We are seeking a Campus Leader (Principal/
Executive Director) for our Therapeutic Day School located in Naperville, IL.


This program serves students K-22 years with diverse learning needs, including those with SED/LD/BD.
Students are supported by a team of professionals that include School Administrators, Special Education
Teachers and Paraprofessionals, Social Workers and Related Service Providers.


This position will be the Campus Leader and oversee, coordinate and supervise all building functions as they pertain to academics, therapy and behaviors for students and recruitment and evaluation of staff. There will also be responsible for the financial outcome and census for the campus.

Experience and Skills:

• Master Degree in Education or related field - preferred, Bachelor Degree required
• Three to five years of experience in school setting
• Three years of progressive supervisory and/or administrative experience
• IL Teacher Certificate with LBS1 Endorsement preferred
• IL General Administration License (Type 75) preferred
