Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: providing care according to an Individual Education Plan, ongoing respiratory assessments and need for appropriate intervention, providing g-tube feedings, medication administration, documentation, and communication with physicians, district nursing staff, school staff, and family. This position would be at Les Paul Middle School working with a medically fragile student.

Applicant Requirements:

Active Wisconsin RN license

Minimum 6 months experience of licensed hands-on experience

Willingness to attend medical trainings as needed

Current CPR certification (healthcare provider preferred)

Pediatric nursing experience preferred

Pediatric trach and vent experience preferred

G-tube experience preferred
