Salary Range: $59, 351-$ 71,947

Essential Functions and Objectives:

- Work proactively to identify potential areas of concern and develop creative, outside of the box solutions.

- Ensure understanding of requests and changes from various stakeholders with the ability to communicate the necessary changes to all impacted parties.

- Provide guidance and training to school and department personnel in the implementation and management of their respective grants.

- Assist schools and departments in the preparation of grant budgets and forecasts to ensure spending is in compliance with all requirements.

- Assist schools and departments with the preparation of financial reporting due to funders.

- Provide necessary information for the monthly budget meetings with dept. heads, school leaders, and senior leadership.

- Facilitate regular meetings in regards to their use of specific grants.

- Form strong relationships and collaborate with people at all levels within DPS.

- Demonstrate a commitment to equity.

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business

- 3+ years experience in budgeting, accounting, and data analysis as well as research and evaluation skills
