The Manager of Environmental Services & Stewardship will manage the environmental performance of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools District. It is responsible for the overall operations of the Environmental Service department including the setting of standards, development of methods and processes, supervision of personnel and the coordination with other departments to achieve the mission of the District. The position will develop, implement and monitor District environmental strategies, policies and programs that improve performance and promote environmental stewardship & sustainability. Responsible for permitting, regulatory compliance, regulatory reporting, EMS training, technical assistance, scientific and legal research.
