Job Description
The Assistant Director of School-Age Enrichment Programs will work closely with the Director of School Age Enrichment Programs to provide overall management and supervision of 10+ enrichment programs. This person will work with the Director, staff, and parents to set goals and objectives to assure quality of service, including compliance with all licensing regulations. The AD will also support relationships with parents and will assist with sustaining positive collaboration with the district, school sites, and school administration.

Job Requirements
? Previous management experience preferred
? Familiarity with EEC regulations a plus
? Highly organized and capable of managing and triaging several simultaneous workflows
? Willingness to hold self and others accountable to outcomes
? Adept and proactive communicator
? Outgoing and professional personality
? Solutions- and team-oriented
? Proficient using technology
? Relevant experience and degree required
? Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred Bachelor degree preferred Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
