Join Our 21st Century Early Childhood Team

Our administrative assistants perform a variety of routine to bookkeeping clerical work primarily related to the enrollments, computation of fees, billing and collection of childcare center fees for service. As a possible support teacher, responsibilities will include covering vacancies in classrooms and providing other teachers with coverage for breaks.


Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:



  • Ensures accuracy and timely collection of accounts receivable in accordance with company policies and procedures, including third party if applicable

  • Tracks accounts and follows up with appropriate people for unpaid accounts

  • Assists with P-Card reconciliation, reconciles receipts weekly, compiles report monthly

  • Conducts school tours as needed. Is able to showcase school/classroom offerings

  • Enrolls children and enters data on computer

  • Monitor, collect and tally Federal Food count sheets

  • Answers telephone and provides information to callers or routes call to appropriate individual and places outgoing calls

  • Other office duties as requested by school management

  • Covers for teachers during breaks when needed

  • Files correspondence and other records

  • Experience involving the preparation and maintenance of bookkeeping or financial records

  • Excellent customer service, organization and time management skills

  • Experience working in a licensed childcare facility preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Reached the age of 18 years
