Our administrative assistants perform a variety of routine to bookkeeping clerical work primarily related to the enrollments, computation of fees, billing and collection of childcare center fees for service. As a possible support teacher, responsibilities will include covering vacancies in classrooms and providing other teachers with coverage for breaks.

Join Our 21st Century Early Childhood Team
Our administrative assistants perform a variety of routine to bookkeeping clerical work primarily related to the enrollments, computation of fees, billing and collection of childcare center fees for service. As a possible support teacher, responsibilities will include covering vacancies in classrooms and providing other teachers with coverage for breaks.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Ensures accuracy and timely collection of accounts receivable in accordance with company policies and procedures, including third party if applicable
- Tracks accounts and follows up with appropriate people for unpaid accounts
- Assists with P-Card reconciliation, reconciles receipts weekly, compiles report monthly
- Conducts school tours as needed. Is able to showcase school/classroom offerings
- Enrolls children and enters data on computer
- Monitor, collect and tally Federal Food count sheets
- Answers telephone and provides information to callers or routes call to appropriate individual and places outgoing calls
- Other office duties as requested by school management
- Covers for teachers during breaks when needed
- Files correspondence and other records
We are seeking dedicated individuals who want to take their career to the next level in a brand new state of the art educational facility. We are most interested in speaking to applicants that have:
- Experience involving the preparation and maintenance of bookkeeping or financial records
- Excellent customer service, organization and time management skills
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reached the age of 18 years
