To provide customer service support services for the Transportation Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls regarding transportation issues and routes

Answer questions regarding transportation

Provides assistance with student transportation issues, schedules, routes and changes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma

2-3 years experience as a receptionist

Experience with multiple phone lines

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This job requires that the employee be able to: sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, use hands, fingers, and reach with hands and fingers; bend, stoop, lift objects of at least ten pounds; visual ability requires mono and color vision. To lift a minimum of 10 pounds and be able to travel to various sites in the Kansas City are metropolitan area to assist with student orientations and events. This job requires evening and Saturday work hours during peak times.
