2019-2020 Cohort Recruitment

INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY

The Office of Human Capital has strategically reorganized Diversity Programs and the recruitment teams to combine talent recruitment, pipeline development, and diversity programs to better support candidates and employees from recruitment throughout their careers in response to the district's workforce diversity needs. The new team is Recruitment, Cultivation & Diversity Programs (RCD).

The goals of the Office of Human Capital (OHC) Recruitment, Cultivation & Diversity Programs (RCD) team are designed to support the district's investment in human capital by enabling the district to recruit, retain and promote a workforce that is reflective of the racial, cultural and linguistic diversity of Boston Public School students. The RCD team uses two strategies - workforce pipeline development (both internal and external) and workforce retention - to cultivate and retain the district's diverse and talented workforce.
