The Regulatory Compliance Analyst proactively problem solves, resolves, records and analyzes issues in an effort to improve the overall regulatory compliance throughout our organization. Responsibilities include advising and informing Field and Support Central personnel on regulatory compliance issues as well as using independent judgment and critical decision making to ensure company goals are met for both internal and external customers and in line with company objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Perform research on regulatory rules to assist in making business development decisions including accreditation, facilities, fleet, HR, legal, real estate, and risk management.
• Maintain awareness of licensing and other regulatory agency requirements and changes in city, county, state and other municipality requirements.
• Develop and generate compliance history reports for groups or individual schools in requested areas.
• Utilize the Regulatory Compliance Application (RCA) to provide analytical reasoning and make recommendations to the Operations leadership team that will result in higher quality regulatory compliance.
• Provide support and guidance to School Directors, District Managers and Divisional Vice Presidents regarding regulatory visits and compliance through frequent communications.
• Assist in preparing for these visits in order to maintain full compliance. Identify and recommend changes as needed to ensure company directives are met while partnering with various Support Central Departments, including but not limited to, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Facilities, Risk Management, etc. to confirm all aspects of regulatory compliance are addressed.
• Partner with IT, Ops Support and other key departments to maintain to the Regulatory Compliance Application regularly. Analyze all communications associated with regulatory visit citations.
• Inform and advise any necessary Support Central departments, District Managers, and Divisional Vice Presidents regarding necessary action requirements through use of Regulatory Compliance Application.
• Review and analyze all regulatory documents to ensure accurate information has been entered in to the Regulatory Compliance Application.
• Complete any necessary regulatory follow-up to ensure compliance.
• Partner with School Directors and District Managers to ensure timely submission to Support Central of all regulatory reports including but not limited to annual, interim, follow-up and complaint visits, new permits and licenses.
• Administer recognition system within Regulatory Compliance Application (RCA) for schools that receive 100% compliance on regulatory visits.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in child care and/or licensing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory field, child care and/or project management.
• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills with\\ both internal and external customers.
• Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
