A bit more about you... You're really organized. You can manage a lot of priorities and responsibilities at once. You care about kids and want to do everything you can to make sure they have a great school environment in which to learn.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Communicate proactively with parents and teammates as challenges arise and troubleshoot as needed

Event Planning and Management
  • Coordinate school events such as Saturday School, parent meetings, assemblies, shows, and field trips
  • Coordinate report card nights, family events, visitor days, and graduation & "moving up" ceremonies
  • Coordinate transportation for all school events
  • Present event logistics to staff, ensuring that all staff know their roles and help to successfully execute the vision of each event

  • Monitor food service operations to ensure proper meal tracking and procedures for compliance with the rules and regulations of the National School Lunch Program

Special Projects
  • Collaborate with the DCO and school leaders to manage and monitor the schools' budgets
  • Manage and support development of campus aides  and the school receptionist

Must Haves (ie: what you need to rock at this role):
