Career Readiness Education (CRE) Partnership Development Specialist

The (CRE) Partnership Development Specialist supports the Career Readiness team to achieve the company's partnerships' goal. This role ensures seamless execution of all partnerships for the Business Unit..

AS A Partnership Development Specialist, YOU WILL..
  • Works closely with MPS leaders and CRE regional staff to to increase the capa
    city and
    competencies for partnership development at local school level;
  • Identify appropriate local partnership opportunities based on DCA Schools and pathways;
  • Generate "leads" and initiate outreach on behalf of the schools;
  • Train staff on "pitching" DCA workplace partnerships, offerings, benefits and implementation;
  • Track the pipeline of local partnerships on Salesforce;
  • Support the implementation of national or multi-State partnerships at the local level, expanding pilots across DCA schools.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study AND
  • Four (4) years of experience in sales, business or partnership support OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pay attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, autonomous self-starter
  • Takes ownership of initiatives and consistently goes beyond expectations
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Ability to pass required background check
