Description
Position Summary:
This position has primary responsibility to provide administrative support to the high school administration related to the master schedule, data queries and analysis, grading and reporting, and student information system management.
Position Duties:
Essential Job Functions:
1.
Oversees information technology related to scheduling and other management systems within the high school which include, but are not limited to the following:
• Systems integration.
• Maintenance of various database records within district systems.
• Maintenance of file records.
• Preparation of regular grade reporting tools.
• Preparation and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Coordination of internal and external information and communications such as mail, bulletins, and electronic notifications.
• Development of positive, supportive relationships with all stakeholders in the building and district (faculty, technology staff, etc.).
2.
Coordinates high school level systems related projects.
• Inputs and problem solves master schedule with high school leadership team (administrators and instructional leaders).
• Communicates with staff in other high schools.
• Works collaboratively with District Office Staff
• Collaborates with WiRCC and Infinite Campus Staff.
• Assembles and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents such as, but not limited to Department of Public Instruction required reports, District administration requests, and school reports as needed for counselors and other staff.
• Assists with management of advisory groups including the roster process and maintenance of enrollment and withdrawal notifications to the Advisory Coordinator.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
