The School District of New Berlin is a district dedicated to academic excellence. We are located in southeastern Wisconsin in Waukesha County approximately 20 miles from downtown Milwaukee. We currently serve approximately 4750 students with 4 elementary (K-6) schools and 2 middle/high (7-12) schools.
New Berlin Eisenhower Athletics prides itself on promoting a positive, selfless, and competitive culture. Our goal is to build student athletes into well-rounded individuals who carry themselves in a positive manner both on and off the field of play. New Berlin Eisenhower coaches must work to support athletes of all ages, levels of experience, and believe in the power of sport to help us accomplish our goals, and uphold the proud traditions of the schools in our district. The School District of New Berlin believes that competitive teams help develop pride and loyalty throughout the school as well as self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment. We seek coaches who will provide our student-athletes with the best opportunities to develop leadership skills and learn the ideals of fair play and ethical behavior which are necessary for competition and cooperation in our society.
The School District of New Berlin is seeking a Boys Basketball Coach (JV or JV2) for the 2019-2020 school year.

- Collaborate with all members of the New Berlin Eisenhower Boys Basketball program, as directed by the head coach.Work cooperatively with the entire Eisenhower staff in building a high-achieving athletic program.Possess and implement a coaching and learning philosophy inclusive of; the values of competitive athletics, overcoming adversity, teamwork, trust, community, and pride.Work collaboratively with the Eisenhower youth program if/when needed.Participate in professional development opportunities with staffHelp to maximize the student's academic and athletic potential.Assist in scouting of other opponents if needed.Complete necessary trainings and certifications required by the School District of WIAA.
- Coaching experience in a competitive basketball program.Availability from 3pm to 6pm weekdays, and later for contests.Availability for potential weekend contests.Demonstrated success working with student-athletesPassion for working with a diverse student body of high school students
