Job Details
Assists the district in achieving its goals and mission by assisting with management of relationships with the districts various bargaining units. Responsible for providing support and assistance to district administrators and supervisors in all aspects of employee relations. Conducts research on employment laws for policy and handbook updates and revisions; participates in contract negotiating sessions and acts as chief spokesperson when directed, participates in grievance, complaint, and disciplinary procedures, and reviews background checks.
Level will be based on experience:
Pay Rate: I - $67,071 - 97,258
Pay Rate II - $70,399 - 102,008
Pay Rate III - $73,780 - 106,993
