This teacher position will support the development of Individual Education plans for students with special education needs as well as support the implementation of these plans at the school/educational site level. Other responsibilities will include providing professional development and sonsultation services to school personnel in a variety of areas such as effective programming and instruction, use of formal and informal assessments, data analysis, and inclusive practices.
